Acne and healthy food - Acne vulgaris can appear from different reasons. One of the reasons how the specialists are saying is that the acne can be hereditary. Drink at least 2 liters of water per day. Get a daily routine program of exercises because sports will help your metabolism and you will see a better you in no time.

Try not to work so hard as much as you do and try to get enough rest. It is said that acne could appear from the daily stress and lack of sleep.
