Acne Treatment Antibiotics Topical Oral Time

Acne affections are mainly caused by the imbalanced actions and effects of the hormones on the pilosebaceous segment that consists in the hair follicle, the hair itself and the sebaceous gland. The follicle is often obstructed by an overgrowth of a normal skin bacterium, defined as the Propioni bacterium acne, induced by the destruction of the lining in the follicle orifice.
This process allows the material from the follicular orifice to enter the skin surface, causing an inflammatory effect. For a more detailed plan of this process we can associate some cellular activity that exists in the skin surface and the presence of bacteria.

It is because of these bacteria presence that antibiotics come in handy for the treatment of acne eruptive states. Antibiotics work by many chemical and inner mechanisms that attack the influence of viruses. The most important aspect can be reviewed when the decrease of bacteria happens in and around the hair follicle facial orifice. Antibiotics also work by stopping some other chemical substances that are produced by the white blood cells. In the end the antibiotics remove the concentration of the fat acids in the sebum secretion, making it more and less abundant in its oily normal flow, and do not feel the need to compensate the lack of it; also it is known for reducing the inflammatory parts of the facial surfaces attacked by this disease.
The most common used antibiotics are sometimes dangerous if taken without a previous action plan. First of all we looked at Tetracycline, which is the most widely and used antibiotic in acne treatment cases. The normal starting dose is five hundred milligrams, taken twice a day and continued until a there is a visible decrease in acne pimples.
The dosage can be decreased afterwards to a half of that, or two hundred and fifty mg ,similar taken twice a day and so and so much lesser then the other day until stopped. The main retention for this antibiotic is that it has to be taken on before eating so it can be most effective. For a teenager boy who eats four times a day, this can be a really difficult task to do. This antibiotic should not be given to children under ten and pregnant women.
Erythromycin - Erythromycin is another popular used antibiotic in these sorts of cures. It has some pro advantages over the previous antibiotic we have talked about, tetracycline. It has anti inflammatory usages that can help you avoid that nasty redness and inflammations while still acting in the bacterial fight.

And also, it should be taken only after you have eaten. This is why it is more common in acne treatments for the teens…no more abdominal pains. The dosage of erythromycin can depend on the form of the acne attacks, but it is standard prescribed as as the previous antibiotic and still twice a day. It can cause some stomach pains associated with nausea, but can be used even by pregnant women.
