Plugged pore condition in dermatology medical books is often popularly defined as acne and we can think about the all black heads cases and white heads, the dot pimpled regions, and deeper formation that can occur on the facial tissue, chests area, shoulders and neck and even the back part are called cystic acne or nodular acne condition and it is formed basically in the same way that the normal acne is formed, through the obstruction of the hair follicle orifice with mixed up oily substances produced by the sebaceous glands for protection.



The sebum is actually a solution that these sebaceous glands produce in order to protect and prevent some infections and other environmental substances to interfere and damage the facial tissue segment.The main problem occurs when the sebum is obstructed to get out to the skin’s surface and in the stampede it is mixed with the dead cell layer and the bacteria that exists in each and every one of us, in our facial skin and in our pore structure from its inside.

Acne is damaging more then eighty five percent of the teenage population.  However, the disease is not restricted or has a “discriminative” attitude when it comes to age. The negative aspect of it is that you may develop acne to any group age. Adults, more young ones in their half of the twenties period, can still develop forms of cystic acne .Let us not exclude the presence of the forty year old women and men from all over the world; in order to   emphasize a point think of the fact that, more then sixty five percent of the women develops a small or mild case of acne just before their menstrual period.

While being one of the more common and no so dangerous condition, acne can be nerve damaging and really stressful.  When acne because sever , it often leads to serious scarring that can remain a permanent bench mark on the facial tissue, or upper arm, shoulder or back, depending of course on the location of your particular acne type condition.

Even more moderate cases of acne can develop into nasty nodular shape ones that evolve into cystic facial condition that is very dangerous due to its infection with bacterium influences. These nodules that are often the main foundation for the more damaging part: The cysts are an acne condition.

Rarer than acne vulgaris they cause pain on the facial tissue and it is shaped as a nodule that is swollen, and the more affected surfaces, covered by lesion or scars are full with the purulent oils due to the dead cell blockage of the hair follicles.The acne form conglobates is even much rarer than the cystic one  but it can really have an impact on your day to day look, and this power of change consists mainly in the swollen acne  form of these pimple dots that initially appear on the chest or back. It leads often to bacterium infections.
