How To Get Rid Of Acne Without Treatment

Crushing our pimples and zits can seriously do a lot of damages to our skin. These damages are also called acne. Acne can seriously damage our social life and can even provoke depression especially on the teenagers. Nowadays there are a lot of treatments that you could take to cure your acne but if you want there are also some naturally treatment that you could try. So the first thing you should do is take care of hygiene and wash your face twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. You could wash your face just with water or for more efficiency you could buy a sulfur soap that could remove all the excess of sebum, make-up or sweat that could block your pores.


Some people say that chamomile tea can do wonders to your skin giving it a nice glow and maintain its chemical balance. If you use it regularly you will see a clearer skin in no time and also you will see the acne disappearing.

From now on you should also use a mask at least once a week. For more efficiency you must to choose your mask that is appropriate to your skin type for example if you have a fat skin you will want to choose a cucumber mask or if you’re skin type is oily you could choose a orange or lemon mask, but if you’re skin type is dry you should choose one that is more hydrating like a honey one.

Another thing that is very good for your complexion is a nice hot steam. All you have to do is to boil some water and put a towel on your head and sit for 10 or 15 minutes. This is also good if you have a cold. Steam is so good for your skin because it opens the pores and destroys all the impurities that are deeply implanted in there leaving a clean and glow complexion.

Other natural treatment that is known to be very good for prevention of acne is a mix between lime juice and rose water. You just have to gentle apply on your face with a cotton ball leave it approximately half an hour and then wash off. The lime is very good to remove all the excess of sebum and the rose water is good for skin softening.

But if you want to remove acne from its roots you need to change the way you’re eating and also your lifestyle. Try to eat as many unsaturated fats as you can as fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and whole grain and try to avoid all the saturated fats like junk food, chocolate and red meat. Also for a good complexion we need to keep our skin hydrated so in order to do that we must drink at least two liters of water per day.
