It is a fact that acne is particularize on each and every one of us, and this is because every skin layer and tissue is different, every inner hormonal and cell activity is different and every thing that revolves around the acne alone is and can not be repeated in other persons.

The facial tissue, the sebaceous glands activity, the hormonal dysfunctions, cell activity, even some ovarian cancer stages can reflect it through symptomatic states that might result in moderate or even severe cases, the nodular and cystic acne type, where the whole treatment aspect catches a different side and a different approach all together.

There are three basic acne formations that may appear during the middle and late years of the pubertal phase. There is the moderate acne condition the popular one, if we can call it that. This is the most common and known acne form, used not only in the treatment commercials but in all funny or embarrassing screen shots that reflect the whole acne idea.

The treatment for it, can represent a problem since it may depend on the apparition cause alone.

The mild acne case, called also the light acne formation, because this appears only in rare cases, some pimpled dot zits and redness from time to time, linked more to a hormonal imbalance than an actual problematic skin issue. Many women prior to their menstrual period acquire the mild acne form and soon after it is all done, the acne disappears without a mark.

Some topical treatments are advice but not to many and certainly avoid the orally ingested medications, or the ones that require a medical prescription, because this is not the case for something that powerful.

And of course, the severe acne condition that develops the nodular and the cystic acne, which resemble some excretions on the facial surface and the treatment is highly complex.

Ultra violet and light therapy is recommended in most of the cases, combined with an antibiotic receipt that a sufferer has to take for about five or six months at least. Once the whole nodular and inflammations are gone, the scars have to be closed down with more laser and light therapy.
