As we know that all pimple dot acne starts the same, they may take various forms and can react differently for separate individuals, so this is why the vast majority of the existing cosmetic products seem to have little or no effect from time to time.

All dermatological afflictions start with one main lesion: the initial part is the enlarged hair follicle combined with bacteria and oils. Microscopic, or not visible for the naked eye, this inflammation is blocked between the surface of your facial skin and it keeps on in a static motionless state of development until the proper conditions to burst in to a swollen lesion are all gathered.

As the facial skin keeps on the oil supply production, bacteria flourish within the swollen follicle. The neighborly skin becomes visible inflamed as the white blood cell structure battles against the infected intruders. It is however recommended that for every skin type in particular, only a dermatologist can set on the perfect and most beneficial cure that your form of facial tissue alone supports and how it can react.

Types of Acne: Various forms of acne come in non inflammatory cases more often than in the ones with redness and swollen areas. Closed white head is a common form of acne and it refers to the obstructed hair follicles trapped in the oily mixes produced by the sebaceous glands. If the obstructed follicle is deep in below the surface of the facial skin, the wound is qualified as comedo, or as we pointed out earlier: whitehead. This usually develops on the skin as a tiny bump pimple dot.

There is the opposite part to it, and it is qualified open come-do, or the condition known as black head. If the obstructed part enlarges and manages to push through the facial skin surface, it is named an open come-do, or blackhead. The obstructed dark color is not determined by a hygienic problem related to dirt, more to an accumulation of the melanin solution, the facial tissue’s dark pigment.

The inflammatory acne cases are common in the understanding of the acne phenomenon altogether. The mildest type of swollen acne cases are the papule that appears on the facial skin as small, bumps more reddish to pink. These papules may be smooth to the touch, often considered a medium step soon after the non inflammatory acne condition and the visible inflammatory forms.

The pustules are another form or shape of acne that not only teens can acquire, and they are tiny circled lesions; unlike papules, they are clearly inflamed and contain large sacks of purulent contain. They may appear red at first, with a yellowish nuance in the center of it. Pustules as a matter of fact do not contain bacteria. The swelling regions are generally developed by chemical rashes from sebum oily compounds such as free fat acids.
